“My baby shower was beyond what I imagined. They brought me to tears with how beautifully they set up my baby shower. Karen was so attentive and every aspect she brought to life. All our friends and family loved the decorations as well. She made everything seamless and all I had to do was show up. I enjoyed it so much it was perfect. “My wife and her siblings planned a Surprise 90th birthday party for their mom. We were hosting at our home BUT Texas heat forced us to find another venue only 4 days before party. Contacted Karen at Occasions Event Center and she was able to accommodate our group of 50. It was FABULOUS and everything looked beautiful! Bonus was we could bring in our own food and beverages. “I rented this event space for my daughter's 17th birthday party. First of all, the size of the space is not too big or too small but just the right size for creativity, excellence, and functionality. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our request and event needs. The space was very clean and practical for the flow of our event. I especially enjoyed the customer service and how the owner allowed us to set up before the event and offered decorative suggestions that added the extra touch to the overall beauty of our event. “Last minute venue change in hosting 90th birthday party for my mom. Texas heat was going to prevent the outdoor event. Contacted Karen and on SHORT NOTICE she was able to give us a Saturday evening spot! It was so beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 50! Decor, colors, and backdrops were gorgeous. “Booking a baby shower on the same day And be able to accommodate all the guest at the last minute seem impossible …… until we called Occasion Event Venue we were blessed to find this venue !!! Originally our plan was to have an outdoor baby shower well with the storm and heavy flooding it was impossible to host an event like this and here is where the Occasion Event saved our party !!! We called at 3:50pm hoping they could help us out with tables and chairs to host our event safetly .well they went above and beyond to help us host the event With the beautiful decor, balloons center pieces the table set up and linens ready for us they turn around our event and we are so blessed for all the help they gave us we are so happy and definitely recommend them and will be hosting all my parties here from now on !
